The first step to become a NBC member is to let us know who you are, what motivates you and how you can bring value to the club. This is done by quickly filling our forms and sending your CV. The second step is to have an interview with an HR member and a representative of the department. This will be useful to determine if you are a good fit for the department and further aknowledge your skills. Besides the 2 previous steps, there might be an activity to test some sort of ability. This can be used for proving both softskills and hardskills.
